Jeffrey Foster was born and raised in Everett and Mukilteo in Snohomish County. He attended elementary through high school in the Mukilteo School District – graduating from Mariner High School in 1992.
He graduated from Central Washington University with a degree in Journalism. At CWU, Jeff earned First Team All Conference and Honorable Mention All American while captaining the men’s basketball team.
After graduation, Jeff received a scholarship to attend Seattle University School of Law. At SU, Jeff was active with Moot Court and Trial Advocacy.
In 2003, Jeff started Foster Law Offices in downtown Seattle. For over two decades, Jeff has represented accident victims and their families in virtually every type of personal injury cases in King, Snohomish and Pierce Counties.
In 2012, Foster Law Offices expanded to the Big Island of Hawai’i. With offices in Kailua-Kona and Captain Cook, Foster Law Offices proudly represents clients from around the world in high profile, high stakes cases against big and powerful insurance companies, corporations and municipalities. Foster Law has recovered tens of millions of dollars for clients and their families, as well as the Big Island community.
On a personal note, Jeff is the proud son of Frank and Sue Foster who dedicated their lives to educating youth in Everett and Mukilteo, respectively. Jeff’s father, Frank Foster was a founder, and inductee, of the Snohomish County Sports Hall of Fame.
When he’s not in the courtroom, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife, Kupala (a lawyer at Foster Law) and four children at the beach and in the water. Jeff also is active in various sporting activities and running events. Jeff serves on the Board of Directors for the local Boys and Girl’s Club and a community medical services organization. He is also represents clients on a pro bono basis in association with the Native Hawaiian Legal Corporation.
