Personal Injury Lawyers Serving All of Snohomish County
When you're hurt because of someone else's negligence, the last thing you should have to worry about is whether a qualified personal injury attorney serves your area. Foster Law Offices represents injured clients throughout Snohomish County and the surrounding region, from Everett and Mukilteo in the south to Marysville and Stanwood in the north, and from the waterfront communities of Edmonds and Mountlake Terrace to the growing cities of Bothell and Lake Stevens.
Jeff and Kupala Foster have spent over 40 years combined building cases in Snohomish County Superior Court. They know the local roads where crashes happen most often, the insurance company adjusters who work these cases, and the judges who ultimately decide them. That local knowledge is not something you can get from a Seattle firm with a Snohomish County billboard.
Jeff and Kupala handle every case personally. And because we maintain a deliberately small caseload, you are never just a file number. Call or text (425) 971-5400 for a free consultation. You don't pay unless we win.

Snohomish County Personal Injury: What You Need to Know
Washington is an at-fault state. The person or entity responsible for causing your injury is legally obligated to compensate you for medical bills, lost wages, future medical costs, pain and suffering, and emotional distress. Under Washington's pure comparative fault rule (RCW 4.22.005), you can still recover compensation even if you were partially at fault. Insurance companies try to inflate your share of fault to reduce what they owe. Foster Law pushes back on that aggressively.
The statute of limitations for most personal injury claims in Washington is three years from the date of injury. But if a government entity is involved, including a city, county, WSDOT, Sound Transit, or Washington State Ferries, the notice deadline can be as short as 60 days. Missing that deadline can permanently bar your claim. If you were injured in a crash involving any government vehicle or on government property, contact Foster Law immediately.
Washington requires auto insurance policies to carry Personal Injury Protection (PIP) coverage (typically $10,000) which pays your medical bills regardless of fault. After PIP is exhausted, your health insurance takes over. Foster Law handles the PIP claims process at no additional charge and coordinates directly with your medical providers.
Whether your crash happened on I-5 in Everett, SR-99 in Edmonds, I-405 in Bothell, or a rural road outside Stanwood, Foster Law is ready to fight for you. Call or text (425) 971-5400 for a free consultation. You don't pay unless we win.
