Founding Attorney
Jeffrey Foster

Jeffrey Foster is the founder and lead attorney of Foster Law Offices. Born and raised in Everett and Mukilteo, Washington, Jeff attended Mariner High School before earning his undergraduate degree from Central Washington University, where he was a basketball standout, earning All-State and Honorable Mention All-American honors.
Jeff went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law and founded Foster Law Offices in 2003 with a clear mission: to provide personal, high-quality legal representation to injury victims without the factory-firm approach. He is licensed to practice in both Washington and Hawaii.
Jeff believes in keeping a deliberately small caseload so that every client receives focused attention and committed advocacy. He handles cases personally from the first phone call through resolution, and he is always trial-ready.
Outside the courtroom, Jeff serves on the board of the Boys & Girls Club and provides pro bono legal work for the Native Hawaiian Legal Corporation. His roots in this community run deep, and his commitment to serving others is central to everything he does.
